Food from restaurant was bad Location is bad as no public transport available. The hotel has shuttle but driver called sick and no replacement driver available. The area is very confusing and dark after sunset. Very difficult to move around. Tour desk is horrible, they took money and then informed before leaving car not available. Wasted a day doing nothing. Breakfast area is good for 30 people while 200 guest at hotel

We was on 7th floor , view was stunning on sea side.
We was on 7th floor , view was stunning on sea side. Very quiet place around the pool , staff was very nice , room was big , bed comfortable .
All restaurants on both property are really poor. It looks like they just put table in the lobby. No atmosphere, no proper signature or identity . Wine and beer are really expensive, basic Spanish wine available on the market for 230php bottle are sold for 1000php. Beer San Miguel (local beer) available on the market for 43php are sold for 160php.....this is really abusing. All staff are very friendly but not really professional. All very young , look like they are trainees ....service very slow, came 4 times to eat at the restaurant , 3 time beers was not available. I suggest to do what I did , go to eat outside ......No Wi-Fi available in the room .
